It’s 1966 and late Toronto Star reporter Robert Reguly is put on the hunt for Gerda Munsinger, a German call girl and suspected KGB operative who was linked with several ministers in Prime Minister John Diefenbaker’s cabinet. Raylene Knutson got the story of how he tracked her down in Munich and broke the story of Canada’s biggest political sex scandal, and she illustrated it for the Summer 2011 issue.
